Bedia Zeynep Çakar was born in Mardin / Turkey. She completed her undergraduate education in Hacettepe University Graphic Design Department, and her master's degree in Interior Architecture and Environmental Design. She is continuing her PhD in Art and Design studies at Yıldız Technical University. She draws as an illustrator in monthly magazines published in Turkey. She takes part in national and international exhibitions and symposiums with her works. She prepared the illustrations and cover designs of 6 education books for preschool special needs students, published by the Ministry of National Education in Turkey. The artist was selected as one of 54 women in the creative resilence science exhibition held by UNESCO, and her works were entitled to be exhibited in Paris. In her works, the artist internalizes social events and the kneading of abstract human figures in urban life. It takes the viewer on a tour with its own reality, to the external reality of the colors thrown, to the world of objects. She reflects through her feelings the line of the process between "Birth" and "Death" that turns into infinity. She is currently working as Head of Department and Lecturer at Ege University Graphic Design Department.
